RETURN & STORE CREDIT POLICY
At The Galleria Beautique, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. Eligible returns are accepted for store credit only, issued as a Galleria Beautique gift card redeemable online. Gift cards issued for returns cannot be used in person.
Online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged at a physical store location.
RETURN WINDOW
Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery for review and authorization.
Once your return is authorized, we must receive the returned items within 15 days of authorization.
ITEM CONDITION
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of makeup stains, and in their original condition.
Please include:
- All original packaging, tags, and UPC labels.
- Any free gifts or bonus items included with the purchase.
- All items included in a bundle.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following are not eligible for return:
- Accessories, including jewelry, hats, belts, bags, and scarves.
- Intimates, swimwear, and bodysuits.
- Hair extensions.
- Final-sale items.
- Services.
RETURN SHIPPING
For U.S. customers, we can provide a prepaid return label. The $9.99 label cost will be deducted from your store credit.
You may purchase your own return shipping label instead. Email us with your order number and let us know you prefer to use your own label. We will provide the return address.
If you received an incorrect or defective item, The Galleria Beautique will cover return shipping. Please contact us to arrange the return.
PROCESSING & STORE CREDIT
Returns are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned items are delivered to us.
Store credit is issued after we receive and process your eligible return.
RETURN TRACKING
Keep your return tracking information and proof of delivery. The Galleria Beautique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and does not provide reimbursement or compensation for return packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to us.
Items not purchased from The Galleria Beautique that are sent to us will be discarded upon receipt.
